Thank you! However, I went in to Tiffany’s today to look at olive leaf earrings and decided to try on their DBTY collection on a whim to compare with the ones I already tried. I wound up purchasing a 0.25 ct H color IF internally flawless rose gold DBTY! The bezel is so thin and unobtrusive and, as you all recommended looking for, really makes the diamond stand out.
The Tiffany chain was far nicer than any I had yet tried on, and the color and clarity were superb. Also, they have an upgrade policy for diamonds larger than 0.17 ct. As long as I purchase something at least double the price of my initial purchase, I can put the cost of my original purchase toward a new piece.
I was fairly certain I wouldn’t choose branded jewelry for this piece as I have a great relationship with and trust several local jewelers. However, I fell in love once I tried it on.
Now I just have to wait to get it back from being extended to add jump rings at 17 and 18 inches!
