Which bbag would be perfect for work?

I used to carry an RH First to work and carry my files in a different bag. I had my First for about 6 years. But then I felt the RH was a bit too bo-ho and casual for work, so I sold it and bought a SGH in black which I felt was too flashy, so just returned it and exchanged for the RGGH in black which I think is perfect - classy and understated but still has an edge.

I went to NM yesterday to try different styles. I did not like the part time, as it's still too small for work. I have city already.... So the best choice is the WORK!!! I want it in rose gold hardware in black or some color close to black....not sure yet. The size of this bag is perfect!!!!! But I was suprised that Work did not had that extra strap... I really hoped to wear it across body.
