Which bag with this dress?

Wearing this dress to my friend's wedding. Should I go with blue or red as an accent color? I'm looking at these two bags.

I think the blue would be a better choice.

Red, as an accent, is very "safe" thus blue would be more of a "pop".

I'm thinking a deep purple. If I had to choose between the red or blue though I guess I would say blue.

Depends on the bag - patent red or blue shoes. I already have patent red sandals but I've been leaning toward the blue bag (and it would require purchasing shoes).
