Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. Maybe she was basing her understanding on the last time she checked the system when another customer inquired (?). Or maybe because it is sold out in France, she assumed that it was sold out worldwide. I'm glad that the young male SA gave you a positive experience. Hopefully he has encouraged you to continue with the brand. But I do know what you mean. A bad SA can really ruin the experience of a brand.
