Hi! I will eventually need to get my bracelet shortened. Is it better to go to a VCA boutique versus a VCA inside of a Neiman Marcus? Any pros/cons for either of those? I know they will send the bracelet out for resizing but is the process smoother if I go to a boutique? Are the policies any different at a NM VCA? Thanks!

It doesn’t really make a difference. NM just sends it on to VCA. If it is equally convenient for you, it might be simpler to just go through VCA since it removes one step from the process.
Now that the NM VCA stores operate the same as stand alone VCA stores, perhaps they can just send items directly to the workshop as well. As of last year, NM VCA still had to ship the item to a VCA boutique who then shipped it to the workshop.
I purchased my bracelet at VCA inside of Neiman Marcus and they sent it off to be resized and I got it back within 10 days. No issues at all.
