Where to find open styled necklaces?

I've seen some ladies wearing these necklaces before, but I have no idea where to find them or how to search for them... has anyone seen these or know where I can buy one? I tried searching under "illusion" and no luck with that term. Here's an example of one:

The gold branches are not my style, but hopefully you can see what I mean.

I saw one with diamonds in Las Vegas. I can't find the name of the jeweler, but it was in Caesars Palace, but not the forum shops, in the part where the large escalator is. I don't know how to find the name of these.

There's a Peretti one at Tiffany's, but I think the opening is in the back. It's the "wave" one. Other than that I've seen them at artisan shops and "one of a kind" shows (in Toronto) - smaller artisan jewellers often do them.
