Hi ladies (and gentlemen),

I noticed today that my mon mono speedy is a little sagging on the piping... And of course this enters the panic mode! I know many ladies store their bags with air bags or similar, but I don't know where to get them.... I never got them from my store.

Really need some advice here! Where and how to get them, and perhaps some low-cost alternatives.

I don't even know what they are called or how to search for them... Air bag is car related, bubble wrap is not what I am looking for, air wrap or bags with air just doesn't generate any result...

I agree with another TPFer, and feel you should use a pillow. I get my little pillows from Ikea. They are less than $2.00. I picked up like 6 the last time I was there to stuff all of my bags. NastasiaM53 on youtube uses the same pillows for her bags.

I actually use down-alternative pillows. My SA showed me that is what they use for the display bags to keep their shape. Not sure where you are located, but I get them at a local fabric store or bed bath and beyond. They also look pretty inside my bags. :)

I use acid free tissue paper to stuff my bags & get it off ebay (pk of 50 sheets) it's cheap & lets your bags 'breath' but I just googled 'air pillows packaging' & lots of what you are looking for came up. 😃

Air cushions and air pillows!! That is what they are called... Well lots of times it is just not having the right vocabulary!

I found some that can ship from California. What size is best? 6x8? 5x8? I feel stupid to pay for air, but I guess this is necessary for our beloved bags!

Thank you ladies so much. I wish I have a good SA here to give me air pillows. I am not particularly fond of my local boutique, and hubby pretty much banned me from going there for the remaining time that I am staying here (~three years)...

There's an on- line company called Bag a Vie that sells pillows for this purpose. They list many pooular bag styles and the size and how many pillows to use. They are beautiful and well made. They are slightly expensive, but worth it, IMO, if they perfectly preserve the shape of my beautiful bags.
