I know for sure that woodbury is a better outlet! I don't know about tax rates though...

Agree about Woodbury... not sure of the tax rate @ Niagara, but it's 8.125% @ Woodbury.

Woodbury is much larger than Niagara Falls and taxes are the same. Niagara Falls gets alot of FP deletes, but its a hit or miss.

FP Deletes: Discontinued full price bags from the retail stores. Woodbury is a larger store but they get quite a few tourists daily which means their stock gets depleted quickly. They get more deletes than Niagara Falls, but Niagara Falls has fewer tourists.
