I think only nordstrom.com and macys.com are authorized to sell Coach online and only at full price. Everywhere else you are taking your chances on getting an authentic bag.

Dillard's and Bloomingdale's (and the military exchange) are also authorized to sell Coach online, just like Tagner said. And their bags are authentic. HTH

Oh yeah, dillards.com does too. I never shop there so I forgot.

Bloomingdales.com doesn't carry Coach, but their stores do.

All the online orders to dept stores are filled by Coach anyway.
