Where should an American shop for the best prices based on the strong US dollar?

It seems like Europe overall is the best bet? I travel frequently and thought it might be a good time to stock up, and was wondering where my dollar (combined with VAT refund) will get me the farthest. Also wondering about Japan with their currency drop.

If you wouldn't mind, please consult the pricing thread for this kind of information. Even last year's (prior to the 2015 increase) will give you a good idea of what the pricing is where for specific items.
