Where is the datecode on the Damier Speedy?

I got mine yesterday . Had to drive the the FedEx facility to pick her up but it was worth it. She is soooo cute (got the 25) and much roomier than I expected (all my reg stuff including my DayRunner fit). I took pics but my home computer is acting up so I can't post them yet. I think you guys are quite aware of what it looks like by now anyway

I was looking for the datecode and couldn't find it. Where is it located?

Found it Don't know how I missed it before.

It was born in France April of this year.

I have list (taken from tPF) and it has SP as both USA and France and that cannot be correct.

Nevermind. I forgot that I could look at the "Made in __" tag. It was made in France.

I don't care where it was made, but that "$100 more for a French speedy" posting yesterday made me curious. I hadn't looked at my mono Speedy 30 until I read that post. That bag was born in March 2006 in USA. Gotta check my wapity at some point.
