Where is my shipping confirmation email?

Hey guys!

So I just purchased the Felicie off the LV website on Sept 16 and chose the option for it to be delivered to my local store. The day after I ordered (Sept 17), the order status went from “Order in Preparation” to “Shipped”. It is now Sept 19 and the estimated delivery date is Sept 21, but I still have no shipping confirmation email aka no tracking number.

Has this happened to anyone else?

You won’t get tracking, it’s not going to you directly. They’ll contact you when it’s ready for pickup.

Did you end up getting your felicie? I ordered the same thing and to my store as well but was told I would get tracking info?
