In advance I have to mention that I also posted my concern in the My World Tour Clubhouse thread, just in case you have already read this post. However, I didn't get as much answers to my question as I wished so here is a another, general try: I live in Germany and ordered a MWT Alma BB in my local Louis Vuitton store on 12th September, so more than 7 weeks ago. It shall be delivered to the store where I ordered it. According to the online shipment status and my SA the bag has been in delivery for 4 weeks now and the estimated date for its arrival should have been October 15th. Well, of course that didn't happen. Until today the bag has not arrived yet. I have called customer service three times so far. Nobody is able to tell me what happened to my order as it is impossible that it is being in delivery with UPS (postal service in Europe) for almost four weeks. But I have a feeling that nobody is interested in this matter. Neither there is no commumication unless I call my SA or the customer service nor are they doing any research.
Long story short: Has anybody here ordered a MWT bag in the last weeks/months and how long did it take to receive it? Probably it is important to mention if you are living in the US or in Europe.
