you have to call or email AR for their bbag stock. but they are pretty good at responding. sometimes it might take a day to get back in email though because recently they seem to be swamped.

Balenciaga doesn't like their retailers to post their bags on line. You have to call BalNY and they can tell you over the phone or email you their stock.

I got mine mostly from Aloha Rag. They offered great service and since I am a member, I get 3 % discount. I have bought my Magenta from Bal NY, but dislike their refund policy. Saks and Neiman is fine, but I would prefer to do that in person.
