I ordered a dress and paid for it, haven't heard anything back in ages, so today I tried to check their site and it seems to be gone? Does anybody know what happened?

if you look at the filing history, they got struck off a couple of times, were a very small outfit with 2 people, I always had the impression it was more a thing where the wife thinks she ought to work and they create some vanity job, I had a few brief interactions with them which were quite unprofessional. Tbh not surprised they went out of business, it didn't look like they ever did any business.
How about sending them an email asking and giving them 3 days to reply, then I would talk your credit card company

I had a bit of trouble opening the PDF but yes, i will call my CC tomorrow, if they have been struck off and the money now belongs to the crown (I assume that the IRS) it is going to be a nightmare, much easier to do a charge back
They never struck me as professional, they seemed to have some pet bloggers (possibly other house wives) who raved about them, but if you looked at the site, it was about as dead as a doornail
