When are you going to be in NYC? Usually what I do when I know I'm going to go somewhere with great shopping (just came back from Vegas!) is to save as much money as I can. Then, when I get there, I look at EVERYTHING and then make my decision. I bring my wishlist and end up crossing off a lot after I see it in person.

that's exactly what im trying to do too! i saw this item on the neimans site (which there is no neimans in manhattan???) and decided this is what i would love so im trying to find it

You still have that $400? This has to be the 4th or 5th thread about it. You can get a pendant like that anywhere in the diamond district.

I wouldn't take a trip to NYC to spend my money at a department store.

You can def get one anywhere in the diamond district for much less then in a department store
