do you know borderlinx? I am not sure if it´s available in netherlands, but its a service that helps you ordering from USA-online shops that don´t deliver to europe. i placed some orders on uggaustralia.com and gave them the borderlinx address. borderlinx shipped them over to me. you have to pay tax and shipping (twice. to borderlinx and to you) but it was still cheaper than getting them in germany.
