  1. Where can I find a nice, large-ish, practical (for everyday use), trendy leather bag for less than $180? I also want it to last for more than one season! There are alot of inexpensive leather bags out there but most don't look very trendy...

    Any recommendations?

    Thanks all!
  2. I'd search through bluefly.com. Their stuff is totally legit and some of their sales are amazing.
  3. Do you have a Nordstrom's near you? They carry Perlina bags which are nice leather and often go on sale for less than $200. Also check bananarepublic.com. They have a nice leather hobo right now for $98 (though I don't think it's big) and some bigger leather bags for under $200. I think the leather on their bags is really nice. Here's Tangiers Large Hobo for $178 http://www.bananarepublic.com/browse/product.do?cid=6905&pid=360708&scid=360708002
  4. I agree with Issmom and PSEUB, Bluefly is great, BR and jcrew have nice leather bags, I've even seen some nice ones at the Gap.
  5. Gap has some marked down right now on their website--an after Christmas sale kind of thing--glanced at them and thought that they looked nice. You might also try a Coach outlet store--look up some basic styles that you like on the internet, and call and see if they have any comparable items in the outlet.
