Where can I find a necklace like Kara DioGuardi (AI)?

I was watching America Idol auditions in Louisville last night, and I just looove Kara DioGuardi's necklace! I've seen other people wearing that style also. Does anyone know where I can get a similar one?

I couldn't find a picture of Kara wearing it from the internet, so here are mine I took from the tv. Not the best quality, but at least you get the idea!

I can't tell the brand from this picture, but David Yurman makes a lariat necklace that's similar.
