where can I buy OPI nail Lacquers online and pay with Paypal?

can anyone help?
I can't seem to find anywhere near me (in Holland) that sell OPI and I love the colours... MUST HAVE THEM!!

Ebay but I doubt US sellers will ship to Europe, polish is considered flammable and mail carriers won't allow. Your best bet is to find a UK retailer on ebay but their prices are about 2x US!
