No, I'm pretty sure it's Alice & Olivia, lots of sources have said so and it's a pretty old pic (before her LC line)
Makes sense, she copies a lot of the stuff she wears for the LC line. Her blue ruffle dress is almost identical to the Phillip Lim dress she wore.

I have one from Theory its called the Gabe B blazer. I love it and I found it at the Theory outlet.
More than one source has said Alice and Olivia so I guess they were wrong. But celebstyleguide isn't always 100% right either.
