Where are Mulberry bags made?

I was wondering when did Mulberry stop making bags exclusively in England and why did they outsource to other country and how to they ensure the quality is as good as those made in England. Do they make any bags in England now? Why did they stop using Darwin leather? Thank you much.

I do have a couple of bags from a year ago-one says England, and the other Turkey,so I guess they do both.
