When In Rome Black Bag on Kristen Bell

Hi I've been looking everywhere for this bag:

and can't find the brand of it. Can anyone help? Kristen Bell wears it in most of the scenes in the movie - When in Rome.

I think it's Marc Jacobs. If you go here and and click on the image, you can see the zipper really well and it looks like the MBMJ zipper.

Oh & I mentioned this in another post, but the movie was filmed in May 08, if that helps. May narrow down the season it's from.
