Just 2 possibilites:
1. Seller dare to offer it coz she know she's selling auth and fake isn't an issue on her auction.
2. She'll "run away" after receive payment, ignore PayPal dispute or may she has a very good fake and difficult to see the different between the auth one.

I don't believe eBAy can "force" seller to fullly her guaranteed. Just think, when we file dispute for fake or non receive item, eBay even can't make seller send the auth one or go ahead and send buyer's item, right?
