Whats your weekly exercise routine?

  2. Zumba 2x and bootcamp 2x a week.
  3. I am out of the house every day by 5:30 when it is still cool and walk between 3 1/2 and 5 miles, depending on the route I take, 6 days a week. I am in court every Wednesday morning so I don't walk on that day because it means rushing back, showering, doing my hair. If it isn't 90 degrees on a Wednesday when I get home, I walk about 2 miles.

    I belong to a health club and when it gets cold I'll go back there.

  4. I just started working out 3x week with a personal trainer. I would also like to swim on Saturdays or Sundays depending on my agenda
  5. I just have a race every week~~~~and play table tennis~~~I don't go to the gym brfore~~~
  6. I run a mile usually about three or four times a week, and throw in some Hip Hop Abs once or twice a week with Shaun T. :smile:
  7. I do Insanity (by Shaun T), Mix in a little P90x Plyometric Dvd at least once every 2 weeks,

    Do Youtube Workouts at least 2x-3x a week.
    Wii Fit, 1x a week.
    Yoga 1-2x a week.
