What's Up with all the Punch Totes on eBay?

While doing some eBay window shopping, I noticed there seem to be a flurry of punch totes on eBay. There is specifcially one seller that has several of them with auctions all ending in separate days. This is a powerseller and they look authentic to me.

Yeah since they're sold out, a lot of people are putting them on with starting bids so far above the retail, it really irritates me. I think it's those people who go buy hot items, buy a bunch of them, and wait till they sell out to relist them.
