What's the style name of this LV?

Hi guys,

Does anyone know what style this bag is (pics attached) - the date code is A11903. It's like a large Noe, but instead of a drawstring through the bag itself, it draws together through hoops at the top of the bag. And the strap that threads though that is attached to the bottom of the bag, making it wearable as a backpack.

Everything about it looks to be genuine [compared to the stitching/lining/stamps/patina/detail on my genuine LV Keepall 60] but I can't seem to find the style name anywhere?!
