I'm torn between the following items:
2.55 card holder aged calfskin
Boy Chanel card holder
Classic Card holder with a zipper
Card holder with the snap

This will be my first Chanel item and I want to make the best decision. Do you have any experiences or recommendations? I carry about 5-6 cards and I wouldn't mind using the item as a small wallet.

I just got the black classic card holder gold HW with snap. It fit my mini rectangular/square perfectly. You can fit lot of cards and some cash. I also love the boy card holder. but they don't have the color that I want. I feel like the classic is slimmer than the boy because of the HW. I guess you can never go wrong with the classic.

Personally, I think the small zip card holder is the most functional. It fits everything I would have in my full sized wallet (minus the junk that doesn’t actually need to be there). I have to fold my bills 3 times but I only keep a few bills for emergencies so I don’t use them a lot. I only need to re-fill my cash every month or so. For me, the small flap card holder is the least functional because I can’t fit that much in it. For the flap style, I prefer the larger one with the back pocket and two large inside compartments.

I’ll attach some photos of the small zip (blue), small flap (red) , and larger flap (black, front and back) cardholders from my collection.

Wow thank you for posting these pictures! I would love to have the larger cardholder with the back pocket. I think that's what I'll go for and hope that they have it in the store.

Your camellia card holder is super gorgeous, I also have a zip card holder from Chanel and I love the size. Completely agree that it fits all the essentials for me as if I use a larger wallet I just carry extra stuff I’m not even using.

So far I only have one SLG so it’s really good to hear what everyone thinks. I’m tempted to get one of the flat card holders to put my travel card and gym pass in, I don’t really need it but I just love the look of them!

Love the others in your collection too, I am a total sucker for card holders cause they are too damn cute

No problem! The larger flap cardholder with the back pocket is the hardest of the 3 to find. Some may even claim its discontinued...but it’s not. It’s just seasonal and doesn’t come around very often. I would advise you to find a SA to keep an eye out for you and check in with him/her frequently to ask about it.

You can never have too many SLG’s! [emoji6]

Do any of these fit in WOCs and/or LV mini pochette?

Any of them will fit into a WOC but only the flat cardholder would fit comfortably in the mini pochette.

I personally prefer the zip card holder - it holds a lot of cards and cash and a few coins, but my flat cardholder gets the most use (daily) since I only need my ID, one credit card and some cash when I'm running around with the kids.

I’m resurrecting this post as I own all of the cardholders now and am able to comment. I find that the zip ones are slightly tighter in width and also cards need to be wedged either side of every gusset. Also the centre section doesn’t really hold cards well. The only other thing I have noticed is that the fabric of the zip gets very bitty and used looking fast. The flap cardholder doesn’t have this problem. Also having one big section for cards plus the slip pocket at the front is more convenient.

With regards to hardware I’ve found that the silver cc hardware gets scratched. This doesn’t bother me but someone recently wanted to buy one of my flat cardholders after seeing it on IG. I agreed and took lots of photos. The buyer commented on the scratches that I hadn’t even noticed but did show up in photos.
