I’m putting $10k aside for new floors and additional $15k for new dining table/chairs/couch, just so I can enjoy the heck out of it and not worry, well that and cat and possibly dog.

Although I’m very happy the cat is dancing on the hot pink blanket I got for sale $20 from anthro.
