I recently ordered three bags from Macy's. I got a backpack and two of the Billy Fringe bags one black one brown. Anyway, the brown one had no tags but it was fully wrapped. It looked ok. The black one had tags but there was a clearance sticker over the price and it was not wrapped fully. Part of the strap was wrapped and the inside zipper. The first brown bag was supposed to be black but they shipped me the wrong color and gave me some line about how it would take 7 days to investigate. Um...... ok. They refunded me and I was like ok I used Macys money on that order and it was a really good sale how am I going to get the black bag for the same price. The man on the phone wouldn't give me a straightforward answer. He kept repeating some crap about a 7 day investigation. I was thinking this is NUTS?. My fiance told me to just order the black one and keep the brown one so that's what I did. I didn't even really want brown but now I have it so oh well. I had to pay a bit more to get the black one. There was another sale so it wasn't much but man Macys is a mess. I have not ordered from there in forever and I don't think I will again. The Rhea backpack I ordered luckily was perfect but the other two looked like possible returns or clearance pulled from wherever.
