What year did the Pochettes start having removeable straps?

I purchase the the very first epi pochette with a removal strap back in the late 80's. As for the monogram pochette I think around 1994. Someone correct if I am wrong.

Yes I was thinking Mono!

I thought I got the first mono pochette with the removal strap and that was in 1999. Cost in Hawaii at that time was 145.
