What would you get with a $700ish limit?

I would get the Tiffany x Steiff Return to Tiffany Love Teddy Bear or the Tiffany Sterling Silver Marker (sharpie). The Teddy Bear is $700 and I would pay for the tax out of pocket... The Silver Marker (sharpie) is $760 and I would pay the overage and taxes out of pocket. I would gift these items immediately to someone that could and would appreciate such a superfluous item... if I don't I will open the blue box and keep it for myself, and never use them.

It depends on what you already have and what your style is. I will say the one item I wear a lot because it's so simple is the Tiffany Smile necklace. It's $725 US in yellow gold but to me, that would be a good investment piece. Or, another idea is the Elsa Peretti Open Heart necklace in yellow gold. It's $675 US and another timeless piece.
Anything but those itty bitty bracelets in w/r/yg (love the look, can't do them up - ever).
Anything EP that fits in budget like the lovely chain earrings.
