Happy New Year!!

I ordered a bag a week or so ago from the CoachOnlineOutlet sale... I got $10 off. Today, they have the "2020" 10% off discount. The same bag is $23 cheaper instead of $10 off. It's supposed to be delivered tomorrow.

Should I re-buy it and then return the first one? Do they do price adjustments? Is it worth the trouble?!

For me neither.

You could aks them to refund you the difference.
Anything more would be...well...too much imho. Unnecessary postage and pollution.

Edit: Happy new year! ...and I was late in case of the topic :D

Honestly, the trouble of the return process wouldn’t be worth the extra $13 for me, I’d probably use that just driving to the store. Do you have a coach store near you? If yes, you could just ask them to price match. Coach has price matched Macy’s for me.

They won't do a price adjustment from sale to sale. If it's within the same event then yes but not from a previous online event.

Well, thank you all for your help...I contacted Customer Service and they said "Unfortunately we are unable to apply any additional promotion codes to this order. This Promotional discount is not eligible for price adjustments and are not able to be added to previous orders."

It was worth a shot!! It's DEFINITELY not worth the postage and time. I'm just ALWAYS looking for the next "deal" and can't stand that I didn't get the best deal I could've! Oh well... Live & learn.

Well, ladies... I ended up having to send my Dreamer 36 back ANYWAY!! :-(

It was definitely a return...scratched up feet on the bottom & some weird stain on the suede! I was sooo upset! So, I ended up having to go and send it back ANYWAY!! I'm hoping for an exchange WITH AN ACTUAL NEW BAG, instead of someone's return!!
