What would you buy with a $250 Nordstrom Gift Card?

Hi ladies! I just received a $250 Amazon giftcard as a gift from my boss for a tough work season, which I am planning to use to buy a Nordstrom gift card. What would you purchase with this amount of money from there?
I'm usually a Coach Outlet gal, but I have one bag from Michael Kors and one from Fossil. I have a Gucci wallet as well. I'm open to other brands! Do you have any favorites either from Nordstrom or Amazon?
