What was your road to Chanel bags?

I don't know if this will sound silly and a lot of you guys just downright started your designer bags journey with Chanel, but mine was:

Kate Spade -> Mansur Gavriel -> YSL -> Chanel

Looking back I guess all of that happened in 5 years, which is way faster than I expected - or maybe I just took my time to start with designer bags so it was easy to take a plunge after I started!

Juicy Couture -> Coach -> Michael Kors -> Longchamp ->LV -> Chanel

I started with Juicy Couture back in highschool and when JC and Ed Hardy started to become less popular I moved onto Coach and Michael Kors and by college I was a Longchamp and LV girl.

Coach -> Longchamp -> Kate Spade -> Marc Jacobs -> Tory Burch -> YSL -> Chanel

Although these aren't necessarily increasing in level but more just the phases of what I was interested in. Each new phase was so exciting at the time though!

My road to bags:
Chanel and Hermes (ordered) earlier in the day;
Then LV and Prada later in the same day.

Before that, I wear school bags (part of school uniform), and nike black backpack casually.

Mine was gradual until I hopped onto Chanel and went utterly crazy. I’m sure many ladies here can relate

Same here also...next stop Hermes but the Chanel train is a very very long ride right now with a little detour stop to Gucci to pick up a Marmont camera case and back on the CC train

I have been all about that Chanel life for the last 6 years and I still can’t get enough! Next stop may be Hermès.
