What Type Of Leather Does Juicy Use?

I was looking through some of the other forums speaking on the type of leather their handbags use. Does anyone here know what type of leather JC uses? I am quite curious, for I can't seem to find out.

it varies by bag..if you look in the tag inside the bag, it'll say for the most part.
in the past, i've seen cowhide, horse leather, and goat leather on juicy bags.

okay i will double check thanks! i bought my clutch in 2008 and it just dawned on me that i have no idea what it's made of.

i love juicy....but i always found their leather bags to be SO HEAVY!!! that really puts me off and i'm migrating to other brands for leather bags....i always wonder wat kinda leather they use that's so heavy!

It depends on the line. My Padlock China is horse leather, but when I emailed JC customer service (it was a replacement they sent me for my Butterfly China bag that was lamb or goat that started peeling) and inquired about it, they denied it.

hoodster...it should say on the tag in the bag what kind of leather. it may just say 'genuine leather' in English, but the french specifies the animal.
the customer service people probably have no clue.
