Me too, I don’t even cook as much but mostly staub and le creuset and of course, all clad. So crazy as I do not need so many of them but I guess, I went crazy at one point and the whole fam is complaining how heavy my stuff is.I have a cookware addiction. Staub, Le Crueset, All Clad, lots of Mauviel copper 250 (thick and heavy), DeMeyere (love its wok), Ruffoni, for nonstick I like Scanpan. For baking I like Nordic Ware or porcelain dishes.
