what to wear with thigh high boot?

Its the trend this season and i kindda like it. But i dont know what to wear with it, like with mini dress, long shirt, jean or short? Im thinking about get this Missoni boot

What you guys think? which one should i get? i dont want to spend over 1k for a trendy boot tho. Tia!

I just got a pair of flat-heeled, thigh-high boots and I plan to wear them with leggings or bare-legged with cuffed shorts, dresses and skirt.

I think a heeled thigh-high boot is a much riskier fashion statement (Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman anyone?) so you'll have to be very careful with what you wear. Bare-legged would be a no-no unless your dress or skirt hits very close to the top of the boot. Definitely wear with tights, jeggings, leggings & tunics, dresses and skirt. Let the boots be the main statement piece and keep the rest of your clothing classic, unless you're off to the club...then you can be as glittery and fab as you want. :smile:

Can't see which CL's, but I like the missoni boots. I always come back to this picture for inspiration when I wear my OTK boots. I do have to say that suede heeled OTK boots are much more wearable than all leather.

i haven't gotten any thigh high yet.
although one is on its way. and im pretty scared really.
but, i wear a lot of trench coat.. so i think it won't be as exposed...

the Missonis are cute, but i would maybe instead invest in flat thigh high/OTK boots instead of a heel like Mia Bella said. i just got a pair myself that are flat w/ a one inch wedge myself :P
