What to do?

I purchased a Prada bag via BIN and it took 2 weeks to get the bag. One week into the deal I e-mailed the seller and asked why is it taking so long, she said that she did not have the stock on hand (red flag)... She is a new seller but had 27 feedback from selling other high end bags. I only decided to purchase it because she has a seven day return policy. I get the bag and sure enough it's fake, even though I always buy LV and not Prada it's just easy to spot a fake (material, smell, etc). I emailed her about returning the bag and that I wanted a refund. I did get all of my money back including my shipping. She claims that she will no longer sell Prada bags in her store because she does not trust the source for that brand anymore. The problem is she is selling 2 or three other designers and my thought is if you will send one fake bag you would do it with others. I suspect it is possible that others do not realize what they are getting. I posted pictures and had it authenticated through TPF and was told it was a super fake which leads me to believe that is what the others are.

How do I leave feedback since I received a refund? I am not OK with her selling fake goods and customer service really does not care what she is doing.

I thought about leaving positive but saying: Prada bag was not authentic, buyer issued speedy refund.

I want others to see that so they will check their own bags more closely.

Advice???

I think your FB should be at least neutral, and you should say she IS selling fake bags though you were able to get a refund. I mean, if you had seen neutral or neg FB before you bought, it would have made you think twice right? A positive is going to get buried and continue to boost her rating; bet she has 100% positive FB, right? - go to www.toolhaus.org and see if she has any old negs. Or she may have made a new ebay ID since they started this rating system where you cannot see any negs for sellers older than 12 months. Hence more people can get scammed because they don't know the seller's real history... Hope this helps. Glad you got your refund. Please post the link here or post the seller's name so we can all be aware? I know you said it was authenticated here, but another reminder that all bags really should be authenticated here first to be super sure. You said yours was a so-called "super-fake." I would also say in your FB that it is a super-fake, so people can check more closely and see...you might save people from getting rooked.

Once you have resolved your issue w/ this seller, would you mind posting the seller ID? I, like you, would like to see if her entire store is full of fakes.

Agree here and feel it is important to share information with regard to

"fakes".. The more people we can prevent from buying fakes through

feedback the more we can help each other.
