What to do with all those eggs?

My mom and I dyed about 2 dozen eggs last night and I was wondering...

What do all of you do with all the hardboiled eggs? The obvious thing to do is make egg salad, but is there anything else that can be done with them?

Deviled eggs! Yum! If you want to make them a little zippier, use a sprinkle of cayenne pepper on top instead of the paprika.

mine go in the trash. My kids and hubby wont eat them.

weeeeeeelll...Since I married my jewish hubby...we do passover and skip the whole egg thing!!LOL!

OK- I lied..I still do plastic easter egg hunts with my 9 year old and her friends...hard to give it ALL up!!LOL!
