MK is coming out with so many pretty colors that i'm contemplating letting 1 of my bags go. Problem is which one do I let go? Also, I currently have two hamiltons but I find them to be heavy so I'm unsure if I want to keep the watermelon hamilton. Should I keep it since I only paid $198 for her and just deal with the weight issue?

My least used bag is navy selma. My favorite so far is dark dune selma.

Currents:
Medium black selma with shw
Medium navy selma ghw
Medium dark dune selma ghw (Not on option to let go)
Small deep pink jet set tote shw (currently listed on ebay but it doesn't sell)
Hamilton e/w raspberry ghw
Hamilton e/w watermelon ghw (unsure if I should keep)

On order:
Medium fuschia shw on pre-order with NM
Miranda carnation arriving Monday the 23rd (crossing fingers it arrives in good condition)

Want:
Hoping MK comes out with large colette in watermelon
Something in pale blue
A small sutton

I would let go of the navy for sure... if it doesn't get used it should go first in my opinion. Then I would pack up the watermelon n/s and carry it around the house for a while to see if its something you still want. If I pack mine up and carry them around (even if its just around the house) I can tell if its something I will reach for on a regular basis.

After that *I* would go down through my bags and carry a different one each day to see if they still tickle my fancy. If not... I'd kiss them goodbye and part ways. ;)

Out with the old, in with the new in my house :p I don't have the space or money to have extras laying around &&&& I'm always needing funds for something new I have my eye on :graucho: Makes me feel good to keep my stash down to what I love and actually use.

I would sell the watermelon Hamilton because 1. You will make a good profit on it since you got it at such a discount. You can list it for regular retal value. 2. It is Spring right now and that color will sell quickly, you won't be sitting on it for a month. 3. It's too heavy for you anyway, which is exactly why I don't care much for the Hamiltons. Great for traveling perhaps.

I would also sell the Navy Selma if you never use it anyway and Selmas are THE most popular MK style these days and will also sell quickly..

The rest, I would just keep.

I don't know if selling her is the best option. I feel like when I list stuff on ebay it sits around for weeks. I'd much rather return her and get my money back. I give props to the ladies that carry hamiltons on a daily basis they must have arms of steel. :lolots:

I'm probably going to try and sell the navy selma just hope I don't end up missing her once she's gone.

Navy is probably going to be put up for sale tonight. The sooner I sell her the sooner I can have funds for a different bag. I'm itching to have a small sutton just haven't figured out what color yet. Wish there were more colors available in the small size.

I don't want a big MK collection. I want to  all my bags and use them all.

Did you get your Cindy yet?

If you feel better sending it back, that is your decision, but keep in mind you could make almost 100 dollars on it in profit! Plus since it is a great spring color, I doubt it will last more than one weekend, from my selling experiences on ebay. I sell a lot of Michael Kors bags. And yes, I agree those Hamilton ladies are strong! lol!

I would return her to avoid the hassle of selling. Most women looking for purses don't want to pay retail so I don't think you will get retail for it, especially when there is discounts all the time at the department stores and it is a current style. Is it worth the headache of selling, paying paypal/ebay fees, and then hoping the buyer doesn't cause problems at all (no offense, but there are a lot that do and they are better protected than sellers).

Sell navy Selma, return watermelon Hamilton. I don't know that fuschia and raspberry are so different to keep both colors, but that is up to you. I personally like raspberry more than fuschia.

Yeah selling bags on ebay is a hassle. I'd rather return her :smile1:

Raspberry is my favorite pink shade from MK. Now if he would make it with shw that would be a dream come true :search:

I went to my local MK boutique over the weekend and picked up a raspberry wallet in the flat jet set I believe that's the name. It was on sale and raspberry is so hard to find that I couldn't leave her behind.

Have you come across raspberry selma? Someone mentioned seeing it at Dillard's, I don't have one near me

Difficult question, as it's really up to you what you prefer. Personally, I wouldn't let the navy go. It's a classic color that goes with anything and is a more soft color compared to black. It's versatile, and not a seasonal color. Elegant, and easy to dress up or down.

I would go for selling the watermelon Hamilton, and the deep pink jet set. Perhaps even the fuchsia. Rasberry seems difficult to find, so I would keep that one. I suggest buying a selma messenger medium with a pop of color. I prefer pastels/vivid colors on small bags and neutrals on large bags. But then again - it's a very personal choice.

Twins on the Hamilton and the wallet then! I bought the wallet first and it was hard to find the Hamilton.

I agree, with silver would be perfect! Sigh....

I haven't seen raspberry Selma, but have been looking. A girl can dream!

I've been trying to sell the deep pink jet set on ebay since Christmas but it just doesn't sell. It was a gift from my boss but I just don't like that color. The fuschia i've been after for months so she will be a keeper. Besides the two colors are slightly different and 1 has ghw the other has shw. The medium messenger is too big for me. I just haven't found the perfect crossbody for me yet.

Yes it would be PERFECTION!

Here is to us twinning! :ghi5:

Someone on the pink purse forum said she saw raspberry selma at Dillard's. I don't have a Dillard's near me so if that's the case I will miss out.

I don't either- they aren't in my state :(

I am wondering if they mistook fuschia for raspberry though as on the website, they have fuschia and not raspberry!
