What size bag do you prefer to carry?

I am in a dilemma because I've been living out of my boy bag for so long and love it so much that I feel like my other bags are getting neglected! (first world problem, right) The size of my boy is so convenient when popping out of the car to drop my daughter off at day care and when heading out to lunch. However, I do miss being able to carry things like a cup for water or a planner. I'm trying to get myself to switch into either my medium size bag (jumbo or lv melie) or large (neverfull gm) but I'm having a hard time switching and am thinking of selling one of my bags if I'm not using them.

I feel like goldilocks! What size of bag to ya'll feels "just right" and why?

Me too! Whenever I have a Neverfull I feel the need to fill it up, but I’m just not that strong lol

I prefer a medium size bag. Of course, depending on what I am doing on any given day, I may need a larger bag/tote but usually a medium size bag comfortably fits essentials like my phone, keys, wallet and sunglasses, and has some additional room for small items if needed. Sometimes I like to carry a mini-umbrella or a small bottle of water.

I pretty much know what size bag will work for me now - if I buy very small bags or larger ones - they just don't get used and sit on the shelf!

I really love to make and carry micro bags and small bags ;) but nice proportions of a medium size is also great choice.
I agree when it comes to weight of a bag, but decent, large leather bag needs to weight :D

Out of the everyday bags I’ve worn the most, the Valentino Rockstud small Trapeze tote has been one of my favorites. It’s very light, the handles are long enough to shoulder carry, it’s small but it fits a lot, it’s easy to access and it’s a great day to night (to a degree) bag that goes with everything without being too flashy. Probably the most comfortable bag I’ve ever owned; the leather is like butter. The only negative is, like most totes, it’s open; it closes in the middle but that’s it. It’s a pickpocket’s dream bag, so not ideal depending where you live or not a bag I used when traveling.

Whether I wanted or not, I constantly change my “desire” among mini, small and medium bags. Nowadays, I much prefer medium size bags, I have a 5 and 7 yo girls, I need to bring at least bandages,water bottle, wet wipes and lots of tissue besides my essentials.

I carry the size I need. If I could I'd always carry a mini (because a mini bag is never heavy!) but as it goes, my work bags are large because I need to have everything from sunnies to eyeglasses to makeup to a scarf, all the way to my lunch cooler with me. If I need to travel to our other office or out to meet clients I might even take my LC LP custom in size 4 (the travel bag). Depending on the length or my journey I may need to carry snacks, a water bottle, stuff for the meeting and maybe even nicer shoes so the huge-but-lovely LP is perfect.
Whenever I can, I carry a medium size. This is mostly when we're out with the kids and I need stuff like wet wipes, tissue, bandaids in addition to my wallet, key holder, phone, tablet, sunnies and mini pharmacy. Mini is the size I go for when I'm out grocery shopping, on a lunch run, out for the evening or at a hockey game or a concert. Love all, but my large bags get the most action because of their status as work bags.

I don't like to have a lot of item with me during the day. So I love small bags which can be carried also crossbody.
When I carry a medium or big size, I always put unnecessary things inside of it and feel lazy to put them out:)
