Hello all! I sold a brand new in box Mac highlighter on eBay the other day. It had never been taken out of the box other the for pictures & had never once been opened.
The seller just contacted me & said that when she opened it, the makeup pan itself was not attached to the compact. I had no idea that could even be an issue and I feel bad about it so I was going to offer her a partial refund, but as I was replying she resent her original message but added in that it's now broken..... Do you think that's actually the case or is she just saying that to get a full refund? Obviously I can't resell it now if it's broken.... [emoji20]
