That's a statement dress for sure, I'd keep the shoes low key.

lace up black booties... like in my avatar haha
I was thinking of this too...it'll play up the "victorian/punkis/lolita-esque" look I'm going for.
I love that first pair...but sadly, it's way out of my budget xD

So far, I've found these two that I like...I'm also looking at nude heels...y/n?

I like your first choice, definitely not nudes, definitely simple black shoes, don't overdo it. The dress is the focal point of your outfit, you cannot have more than one

Okay! I will order the first one soon. =]

The dress came today, already! That was really fast xD. I'm at work, so I can't get any pictures of me modeling it...but it goes past my knees to the middle of my shins.

Another question for you lovely ladies, how should I accessorize/do my hair?
The skirt does look pretty 'extravagant' when I put it on w/my top...

I was thinking of victorian style hair?

And then long black shoulder length earings and no necklace.
