What Records Does Cartier Need For Service?

Hello,

I was gifted a Cartier ring and only given the box and certificate of authenticity (receipt was lost).

My question is, what other proof do I need in order to request services provided by Cartier and if I were to request other items such as a travel pouch and cleaning kit?

I don't believe you need any documentation for service but if you wanted a travel pouch or cleaning kit I would think you need to make a direct purchase (in store or on their online store). To the best of my knowledge they don't hand them out if you didn't purchase directly. I could be wrong though as I don't have experience buying second hand. You can always go in the boutique and try ~ what's the worst they can say?!?!?

Agreed, no documentation is needed for service. When you pick up your piece after service they’ll usually give you a travel pouch. You can ask for cleaning stuff at that time!

Yes to the pouch, I’m not sure about the cleaning kit but it’s worth asking!
