Does anyone have any recommendations of a specific cleaning cloth to use? I really don’t want to scratch or damage the pearl. Any and all recommendations are appreciated!

I think you could use a cloth meant to clean eyeglasses. Metal polishing cloths could scratch the MOP, but cloths for eyeglasses would not cause any micro-scratches and are readily available everywhere.
If you don't have one already, you can definitely stop by a local boutique and ask for a cleaning kit. their cloth is super soft and nice. The newer one have a soft brush and a cleaning cloth.
