What is your favorite Lean Cuisine or health food meal?

  1. My favorite Lean Cuisine is Chicken in Peanut sauce. DH likes it too.

    I like Amy's Cuisine too. I get their Cheese Enchiladas with beans and corn. The enchiladas aren't super healthy but think the sides help make up for it and provide fiber.

  3. I had the spinach and artichoke dip w/pita yesterday and it was really good and just enough for a snack!! It comes with 2 servings.
  4. I know its not the BEST one but my favorite is the macaroni and cheese. I like it when the edges are burnt too, its soooo good! Mac and cheese without the guilt :smile:
  5. I like the roast turkey meal. I eat the Salisbury steak too.
  6. Lean Cuisine's Butternut Squash Ravioli is my all-time favorite. A tad sweet, but I often have to work super early so it's perfect for my 10am "lunch" break. Or, add some chicken and pecans or extra walnuts, heartier for a larger meal.

    ETA: The Chicken Poblano steamer bag is DELISH, also!
  7. I like the Thai spring rolls. I dip them in a little satay sauce. I also like the southwest ones. I dip those in BBQ sauce.

    The stuffed cabbage is really good too.
  8. I'm not a huge fan of LC, as I've said before, but I've needed something low cal and convenient lately. I have to say I am wowed by how good the Mushroom Mezzaluna is. Also, if you haven't tried the Salad Additions, run out and pick those up. They really jazz up a salad. I'm pleasantly surprised!
  9. Not sure if these are classified as healthy, but I got a Lean Pocket the other month & it was delicious.

    I believe it was a Spinach/Cheese Sourdough Pretzel pocket.

  11. I love the Mushroom Mezzaluna. It's a weekly staple.
  12. It really does taste decadent, like something that would bomb your diet. Someone suggested adding fresh mushrooms before microwaving, but I haven't tried that yet. I do add red pepper flakes or sriracha sometimes though. :graucho:
  13. I stopped buying all those health food meals because of the sodium.

    My local Costco started carrying Amy's organic burritos in an 8-pack, so I buy a box of those and keep them in my freezer for those days when I forget my lunch.
  14. The Lean Cuisine range is very limited here compared to the US. Our varieties are mainly pasta, curry and Asian noodle dishes. Unfortunately, they're all pretty inedible too. Wish we had LC spring rolls!
