Longchamp Paris Premier in Red is pretty striking. It's a bit more dark red than oxblood though, IMO. Hill & Friends is doing some pretty lovely oxblood this fall as well!
Navy is the one of the few shades of blue that I don't love in a bag. So, I don't tend to notice them. Did you check out this thread? So far, it has 5 pages of blue bags.
That being said, I loooooove oxblood / bordeaux / burgundy / etc colored bags.
I've searched for the perfect one and it's hard to find. I adore my Gucci Stirrup but I don't think it's the right style for you. I'll keep my eye peeled.

My pandora is one of my favourite bags in burgundy (this the medium size). I think the BV cervo hobo is available in burgundy at the moment too if you like that style.

I have an Edie and like wearing it, very comfortable, it's not this color. The Nomad is the most comfortable bag to carry, holds as much or as little as you want, very light bag! Leather lining, very nice bag, especially for the price!

I love blue, but not especially in bags?! I love anything that runs through the red range though. These are a couple of bags I think are darling.

You know what, there is a PCE starting 9/14 or 9/11.....somewhere in there, and these two would be eligible. The 1941 line is excluded.
