What is this style of handle called?

I've googled to no avail. Seems one site calls this "hole handle" or "punch hole grip" - but it seems arbitrary.

Is there a specific name for this handle design - where it's "embedded" or cut directly from the body of the purse itself?

cut out handles, or cut out top handles. that's how i'd refer to it if searching.
