What is this ebay selling limitation all about

I tried to relist an unpaid item (the bidder hit the BIN option, first said she won't get paycheck on Monday, then email me again said she won't be able to pay at all. Crazy), anyway, when I relist the item, I got the following message:

Yeah! I got that too when I was trying to sell my used Cabas mezzo... (trying to save up for something new) but, its so frustrating that all the fakes are rampant, but we're under restrictions

Ebay are reviewing all seller accounts while your account is under review your listings are restricted this happened to me but when they are sure you are selling authentic goods all will go back to normal! They should look into the many fakes still on there, hopefully soon the site will be cleaned up completely not before time!
